After download just run this setup it will extract the setup and then it will start the installation after few steps it will say it need to download the setup that is of some 60MB around don’t get panic . It’s not going to download that and simply click on next. It will pick required files from the extracted setup and in few second it will say its downloaded and you can disconnect from the internet.

Things to remember
1) You will need to close MS office applications so save them and then run it.
2) Dot.net framework complete package is of around 200 MB so make sure you really want to download this 200MB file.
3) Backing up your data is always a good idea.
